
Our chef, Rob Riddle, has 25 years of experience in the food service industry. A graduate of Schenectedy Community College School of Culinary Arts, Rob has worked in almost every aspect of the restaurant business and has trained under some of the finest chefs in the Albany and New York City area.
Chef Rob is well-known for his fine selection of creative gourmet dishes. He specializes in Continental Cuisine utilizing fresh organic ingredients and locally grown pproduce when available. Rob, a native of Brant Lake, is also locally grown! We are delighted to have him on board. We feel his delectable dishes are the very best our area has to offer.
